A packaging machine's journey from our factory to yours can be rough. It will be loaded onto trucks, lifted by cranes, and spend weeks on a ship, exposed to humidity, salt air, and vibrations. Your main choices are sea freight (LCL or FCL) and air freight. Sea freight is the most cost-effective method for heavy machines, while air freight is best for speed or small parts.

Sea vs. Air: Choosing Your Path

The best shipping method depends on your budget and your timeline. For a full Tea Packaging Full Production Line, sea freight is almost always the answer. It is dramatically cheaper than air freight for large, heavy items. With sea freight, you have two choices:

• FCL (Full Container Load): You pay for an entire 20-foot or 40-foot shipping container. This is the best option if you are buying a large machine or a complete production line that will fill the container. It's secure and fast since it goes directly from our factory to you.

What Customs Documentation Will You Need?

The machine is on its way, but now you hear about customs clearance. You're worried that missing or incorrect paperwork will leave your investment stuck in bureaucratic limbo at the port.

You will need three key documents: the Commercial Invoice, the Packing List, and the Bill of Lading. Your freight forwarder or customs broker will use these to clear your shipment through customs.

The Three Documents for Smooth Sailing

Navigating customs is much simpler than it sounds because it all comes down to three essential documents. We prepare these for you as part of the export process.
