How Do You Automate Putting Bags into Boxes?

You use an automatic cartoning machine. A conveyor belt carries the finished bags to the cartoner, which automatically erects a box, counts and collates the bags, pushes them inside, and seals the box.

- Box Feeding: A stack of flat-packed cartons is loaded into the machine's magazine. The machine pulls one flat carton, erects it into a box shape, and tucks the bottom flaps.

- Loading: A pusher arm gently slides the collated group of bags into the open carton.
